screen came loose 2 days later than it cracked David refused to warranty it because it had a crack not happy at all

Hello Ryan, Sorry for any inconvenience you maybe experiencing. We are trying to find a person with this name "Ryan Seler" in our invoicing system but unfortunately we're not having any luck. We also haven't receive any calls/emails from a Ryan Seler about this situation. We do have a warranty policy available to view at any time on our website. If your product is deemed defective it would be replaced under warranty. Our warranty policy was put in place to protect the customer from defective parts and workmanship but was also put in place to protect us as a company. I would like to point out that screens don't just break on their own without some sort of impact. I have a large inventory of screens and have never once unpacked a screen to find it was broken. A screen may come loose or pop away if the body of the phone is bent. This would be inspected for impact damage /cracks if none were visible this would be replaced or repaired as long as it was within the warranty period. Customer service is our top priority and iBroken Canada stands 100% by our products we use. We do only use Original OEM screens, and I would be more then willing to show you this proof in person at anytime that would work for you. We would like an opportunity to discuss this situation your having more in detail. Please give myself a call at at your earliest convenience. Thank you
