Was pretty dissatisfied. No one was here when we came in and it took around 5 minutes to notice us sitting. Once we got our food we were not given cutlery and we saw our wait staff go outside for a smoke with other customers. Great personality but found it unprofessional. Place has potential to be good with the right staff because we found the food to be good.
Everytime we called in this shop they are out of lsamosas... than why you put in your menu ... the lady that pick up the phn she is rude she don't know about customer service..
First impression: the food was awesome but I must say, I am Extremely DISSATISFIED with the standard of service that aujlas sport bar allows. A staff member off shift should not be more willing to help with WAY nicer attitude then a staff memeber on shift.
I eat here two or three times a week . The food is excellent and the staff and service are excellent. They always greet me with a smile. I am going tonight for dry ribs and nachos and watch The Calgary Flames win !!!!
ordering nachos takeout became nightmare. First time, they overly cooked the nachos, second time they still didn't make it right. The waitress told me to "dump your food in the trash" and accused me as "picky customer". She added that I'm not welcome there anyway. This is absoultely ridiculous for the food and for the horrible customer services.
