    I have been to 10+ branches in Edmonton and some not all have sub par customer service... but never have I ever been treated so poorly by a teller (won’t say her name) at this location. They all need to be re-trained on customer service BIG TIME!! Worst experience at any BMO ever.

    Terrible customer service and they have no jdea about rules and regulations. Always try to avoid to come here.
