Awful Customer Service and Service
Bonnie Doon Fabric Cleaners are by far the worst cleaners I have been to. They snagged and ruined a silk dress- 8inch snag across chest and 6inch snag across back side; and miscared for a hand sewn shirt with sequins- at least 1/3 of the sequins were missing. I called 3 times to speak to the manager, spoke to staff about my issue and left 3 messages; was told that the manager only works from 8-1pm. The staff said that they don't guarentee service on sequeined tops! Why would they take it to clean it if they can't garentee their work?! The manager was the person who took my clothes initially and NEVER stated this. The manager returned my calls to my home twice at 8 am (I'm already working) but never went above her job requirements to try to get a hold of me off her regular hours. She left one message telling me that my sequined shirt is not their issue because they don't garentee its integrity and that if I want results I have to bring in my silk dress for her to look at it during her work hours. Unfortunately I have to work and will not have the chance to see her, why couldn't her assistant manager handle this situation? My husband and I have gone there for years and have spent thousands of dollars at Bonnie Doon Fabric Care. To have approx 400$ worth of clothing ruined and unwearable; and Fabric Care not be accountable and also make me run around off my schedule when it's their mistake to correct is reprehensible, especially when we WERE regular customers.
