I use the metagenics products from Firstline Nutrition which is a Naturopathic line. Products are dispersed based on a quantatiive qustionnaire that scores your health issue and matches the difficiency to the best herbal or vitamin. I find this method is spot on for my family and it really cuts down on the geuss work! Richards advice is guided by research and he provides the data if you ask. We have wasted so much money in the past trying things that just didnt work as effectively.

I went in there to purchase some prenatal vitamins and they were very helpful with choosing one. The guy working there said that his wife used the ones they had in store and that he had a bunch of information about early pregnancy and nutrition tips that he could print out for me. Was awesome to see someone with direct experience care and offer help. Definitely recommend. A little pricey, but natural and healthy is the way to go, you should never compromise health for savings.

I was there on Sunday to look for a medicine that I needed, because I I like buy natural medicine so I'm familiar with prices, and I asked for an anti-acid which is about 10-20$ max and the employee when I asked him he was starting to be very rude and was explaining something that didn't have anything to do with my question... I mean the guy was acting he knew his stuff but I told him that I just wanted antacid... but at the end decided to call a doctor because he didn't know what to give me... he took literally 20 min and at the end wanted to charge for this pills 50 $ !!! and I never even heard before.. I decided to take my money and leave and when I did, the guy came out of the store and yell " don't ever come back anymore" Very disappointment. Don't recommended
