Amazing quality. Best gyoza in the city!

First thing first, who put a mandatory 18% tip for takeout? You don't give me water or tea, you don't clean the table, you don't have to run back and forth to give me food, so what right do you have to take 18% tip? The food is over priced, the ramen look like instant noodle, it's curly not straight noodle, the sushi is the same quality as ones from grocery store, I'll never come here again and I hope other customers see this and don't bother coming here.
