Awesome! 6 month guarantee! Answered all my questions. Showed me unavailable broken part of my old Pfaff 1222. Diagnosed and repaired my 1471 Pfaff that would not run. Repaired and unstuck my Kenmore(Janome) garage sale machine, was seized up. Repaired my Pfaff hobbylock, new blades and reset tensions, etc. now cuts and has great stitch quality.
