I tried to deposit a cheque that was larger than normal, and my entire account was frozen. Even after verifying the cheque and my identification, my account will remain frozen for an entire week and apparently there is nothing they can do?! So i have missed payments because i have no access to my bank account due to either their faulty system or complete incompetence. A very unpleasant experience for such a simple task that every babk iv ever had before had no problem resolving.
