Charged 287 and did not diagnose or fix the issue. Just ran water for 5 minutes and left.

We just had Kalen, Steve, Jason and a couple others here to replace our sewer and water line. Kalen was up front, honest, thorough and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you Mr. Kalen and Crew. Pam and Cary and 4 big scary dogs

Our service technician-Don, and Paula the woman who answered the phone-were both great! I was able to get an appoint only a day after I called, on short notice, which was wonderful. Don showed up when we were told he would and was professional, friendly and really good at his job. He gave us peace of mind as we did not end up needing a repair, just a diagnostic consultation. I would definitely recommend Mr.Rooter to anyone :)

Terrible service. Took them almost 5 hours to fix a clog. The entire time he was constantly on the phone asking for help, anytime I got an update on the situation he never had any idea on the issue. 4 hours in another plumber showed up, I had no idea he was coming, he just helped himself in, didn't introduce himself or acknowledge me until he wanted his money. My main sewer line backed up , didn’t know who to call . Kaleb from Mr Rooter came out immediately on a Sunday morning and serviced my drain line . Was very professional and polite , went above and beyond and got the job done quick and efficiently. Highly recommend!

These guys are amazing! They were able to accommodate a last minute job and stuck it out when it turned out to be much bigger than expected. On top of that they finished it ahead of schedule and on budget !

When we were in flooding crisis mode on a Sunday evening we called Mr. Rooter to the rescue. From the moment I called I felt confident I was in the right hands. Brandy sent her best guy out right away to fix the frozen pipe and assure me it was going to be ok. Kalen and his team actually had to fix 2 frozen pipes that week, were at my house so quickly and had everything taken care of right away. I then referred them to my daughter for a hot water tank purchase and install. People you can trust.

How this guy still has this franchise amazes me.... one of the worst business owners in Kamloops!!! Outrageously overpriced. Yes you are up font with the cost but after the job was done poorly I call other places to get a quote and they were much cheaper. If you looking for a good customer experience and a fair price do yourself a favor GO ELSEWHERE!

Thanks to Darryl for the exceptional service! He found the problem with the Hot Water Tank and then did an estimate on bathtub taps leaking. I found the estimate very fair and will be scheduling him to come out and have if fixed. Thanks Darryl! Linda R.
