Direct Heat

We recently had our heat pump services. Kosovar was the technician and provided clear information on our system. He even checked with a more sr. technician on something he was not 100% sure on. Very respectful and friendly. We are very satisfied with the experience an look forward to next year's visit! LM

The living room (main floor) and master bedroom (2nd floor) of our townhouse face west. For various reasons, central A/C was not an option so we had Direct Heat install a Fujitsu split-ductless A/C with one head/blower in each room facing west. The head in the living room keeps the whole main floor comfortable. When the fan is turned to low, the unit is so quiet you hardly notice it. There were a couple issues post-installation but Direct Heat responded and fixed them.

We had an issue with a two year old hot water tank installed by the builder of our home. The contractor was at a loss to figure out the problem, so I called Direct Heat. They responded immediately by sending their HVAC expert...Randy. He was able to to determine what the problem was. He identified the corect hot water tank that would tolerate venting that exceeded 30 feet and installed it. Since then, we have plenty of hot water, no more gurgling noises. Thank you!
