DO NOT SHOP AT Reitmans @ Brentwood Town Centre Unacceptable customer service! I went to the store and tried to make a purchase. However, the transaction didn't go through on my credit card. I asked the sale associate for a copy of the decline transaction receipt, but the store manager by the name of Elena refused to give a copy.
