Superior Propane

Incredibly poor service. Very sorry to see they are now taking over the smaller competitors who offered much better service at a better price, in order to force customers like me who gave up on them years ago to use them again. Good business strategy on their part though. Apparently they cannot legally take over another propane company unless there’s a third Company available So if this happens to you, you should be able to find an alternative to them in your area.

We called an order into the call center for $600 worth of propane. The property is rural and we weren't there when they delivered or I would have stopped - the off-loaded $1500 worth into our tank. I'm not happy. Their customer service office hasn't returned my call about this either.
