Wow, just got a bill for $3,000.00 for basically an hours worth of work to remove a tree that had fallen on a house. To me, this is excessive, despite a failed attempt the evening before, in the dark with an under capacity crane.

This is my second time using VI tree services and I highly recommend them. Their service is top notch! Some of the hardest working guys ive ever seen. They’re always on time, polite, prices are more than fair. Im very happy with their services and i will be using them in the future

Royal screw up.

Didn't show up at agreed time or date. Didn't extend me the courtesy of a phone call to say they weren't coming as agreed. Cut the neighbours tree in error. Demanded payment after the minions were advised of wrong house. I would never use them again and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Suggestion: mark the correct trees with ribbon or paint as BC hydro does and extend the courtesy of a call to customer if you won't be on time.
