I was approached by jim in jan/2015.i gave copies of existing labels that I needed.after dozens of e-mails I could not get them to understand that the labels needed to be recopied exactly as the examples given to them even though they are CFIA approved labels.as of a aug/2015 I went back to the original label company.6 months of wasted time with no labels.i was told other customers were more important
