Bullied if you don't buy

Way too much pressure to buy when I had made it clear I only needed the prescription and particulars of my contact fitting (which I was willing to pay for). A very unpleasant experience that I could have avoided had I listened to acquaintances who had experienced similar service. As a customer there is no need to be bullied and I will not be using this merchant again or recommending them to my loved ones.
