I called Bains because my oven wasn’t heating up to what the screen showed and one of the element didn’t work anymore. The tech said the the motherboard was fried. $400 dollars later nothing was fixed. I call my nephew who is an electrician and he found a burnt wire in the back immediately and he tested the temperature sensor. Both were fixed for an fraction of the price. Also he said the the people at the store were rude

purchased a stove from Bains paid $500 couple of years ago, front burner of the stove shuts off by itself .had Jeff from Bains come out and asked me what the problem is , I told him the problem then he turned the stove on & off a couple times and said the problem was in the board.
They billed me $93.00 & have to order parts,charged me almost $100.00 for just standing in my kitchen,turning my stove on. $700.00 they want to fix it.
Say goodbye to your good customer,family&Friends.
