We sincerely apologize for the delay of your custom order. Due to COVID-19, there have been certain limitations placed on our business, and our manufacturer has had to adapt to many changes. I'm sorry to hear you had such a frustrating experience trying to get in touch with our customer service team, that's not what we like to hear.
