Quinpool Towers

I have been living here since last 2 years…. Living here is good frankly rent is overpriced…. But that’s another story …. I’ve recently bought a car and looking for underground parking from these guys and normal charge for parking is 100/month … and they have been charging me 5$ everyday… using excuse that their system is not working…. Since past 2 weeks … and that is not acceptable I asked the lady in office where do I park my car she said 800 meters away OR park it with 5$ everyday….

My boyfriend and I have been living here for 8 months. The building is generally kept clean, but the obvious issues are not addressed by management (leaking windows, lack of door security, broken thermostats at time of moving in). This is physically, an attractive building, but the lack of responsible landlords and terrible communication on the part of the employees causes this building to seriously lack in appeal. If you're looking for a properly managed building, look elsewhere.
