I am a foreign student and I came to the emergency room on Thursday 01 November 2018 and when I went to the registration to explain the conditions of payment with my insurance, I was seriously shocked by the behavior of the secretary who burst of laugh when I went to explain to the receptionist what is written in my insurance contract. behavior that I consider to be insolent and a witness of disrespect to patients and especially to foreigners.In hospital this kind of behavior must never exist.
