Our old floors look amazing now. First time they were sanded in 50+ years. We needed some replacement flooring done also and it was first class!

Amazing work and so reliable! I may have a bit of a flooring problem in that having six different types of flooring in the same house or having floors that just do not go with the style/vintage of a house drives me a bit crazy (Mike will attest to this). Mike gave me great advice on removing old lead paint from 120 year old pine floors and then he refinished them and they look spectacular. He also put in all new hardwood floors in a rental property for me. I would very highly recommend!

Excellent sanding around kitchen cabinets with no damage done. Excellent sanding to level raised and uneven floor boards. Finish coat made floors look new again! Highly recommend.
