A Perfect Custom Home in an Ideal Location

My wife and I moved to this location from the suburbs of Ottawa in search of a quiet lifestyle in picturesque surroundings.I am pleased to say that we were successful on both counts.The area is tranquil and rural in appearance yet close in proximity to all the amenities of a suburban type setting. Finding a builder of the calibre of Gordon Tobey Developments was, for us, the"icing on the cake", We were very impressed from the outset with Steven Tobey's ablity to translate our ideas and concepts into concrete plans. Similarly his willingness to adjust and adapt to our constant changes and modifications proved to us that we had made a wise choice in our selected builder.Our experience with the after sale service is also note worthy, since the response was excellent and the staff and allied services eager at all times to assist and support when corrections were required, though in our case these were minimal. In total, a wonderful experience and a beautiful custom home..

After doing a builders' tour in Brighton, we sat down with Stephen Tobey and designed our dream home, first informing him we were in his office because of the relative quality of his work. A couple of years later, we have no regrets. We would do it again, but this place is perfect.

Best R2000 Builder

One of the best builders in the Ottawa Valley built us an excellent R-2000 house in 1995. Tobey Developments built us our new dream home in 2011: a custom certified R-2000 house that far exceeded our previous one in all respects.
