Trusted source! reliable and honest service... called for pest concern received from a tenant hearing noises in attic for racoon or mice. Upon further discussion Mike wanted to hear full details from tenant directly...long story short... Mike spoke with tenant... went on site and investigated the situation fully provided me with update and confirmed no pest issue in attic or concern - noise was coming from movement on roof.
