Swiss Chalet

The chicken was tough, skin was flabby and there was A LOT of fluid in bottom of take out container. Lately the french fries are not very warm and do not taste cooked even though they are soft and yellow in colour...not crispy at all. Yes this was a delivery order but still we have had better.

Jan. 7, 2018, at 4:30 pm, Hespeler Rd. Location. The 2 hostess appeared untrained in seating customers. They became rattled with trying to figure out where to sit a group of 8 while leaving the rest of us waiting while there were several tables for smaller groups standing empty. I witnessed 3 groups of customers engaging in chat about the hostess inexperience and 2 other groups left. The hostess were discussing the attributes of the servers and who not to give the group to. No okay

You guys are goooood

I ordered from here a few weeks ago and unfortunately my order was not right. I called in and was told that I would get credit to replace my entire meal. I called in today and everything was replaced as well I got extra stuff to make up for it. I was extremely pleased with the service that I received from this restaurant. The food is delicious and the prices are reasonable. I will definitely go back there again. I hope others enjoy this restaurant as well.

Bad service, slow...

Bad service, slow service in store and Delivery is always 45 min or more and cold. Actually had a driver refuse to deliver because he heard my dog bark who is harmless and restrained from getting to the door. Yelled at my in a different language and peeled off nearly hitting a parked car in front of my home. Manager said it was my fault for allowing my dog to bark and scare her driver. Went to the store to talk to someone else maybe an owner only to find the manager was maybe 18. DO NOT EAT HERE

Service is very poor. First time I have never left a tip. Had to request silverware, had to ask for lemon for my water 3 times, server seemed put off when I did not want a refill of the horrible coffee when she came by the table. Server did not come by to see if everything was ok until we were almost finished eating because she was busy flirting with the guy that was working. Will not be back.

Pretty Standard

Nothing special here aside from the servers. They seem genuinely happy to work there. The hostess, however did not seem as happy. Food was okay. Apps were a bit on the wee side and unimaginative. I suppose if you only want their famous chicken then you won't be disappointed but the rest seems very plain and bland. Not the most family fun place. Kids didn't mind it though.
