    Purchased an LH45...

    Purchased an LH45 fireplace from this branch and was very happy with my purchase. they offered a free delivery when they found out we didn't have a truck to pick up the fireplace. We will definitely be back to purchase our furnace from these guys. :)

    Tried to get a si...

    Tried to get a simple written quote from this guy, because he knows I'm "shopping around" he would not offer that, he said he doesn't want other suppliers to have my quote... Very rude on the phone. Pointers learn customer service.. Iearn to be organized Don't just scribble on a piece of paper and think that's a "quote". Read the other reviews and this Carlos guy not very friendly if you need something better than a scribble.. Sorry not sorry for NOT using your company
