Quality painter!!!!! Bill painted our home when we first moved to Cobourg. By far the best painter aroond. He leaves your home prodessionally done. We had a small job recently and made the mistake of trying another painter in Cobourg to spread the work around. ... a decision we regret. Never again! We will be making sure we use Bill moving forward for all jobbs.

Bill makes it easy – They did exactly what we wanted done and it looks perfect. I am never painting again. My roller and brush are going in the garbage and I’m calling Top To Bottom to take the “pain out of my painting” in the future.
