I called in a panic for advice because our cat had eaten raisins and the only option given was to make an appointment to bring the cat in for blood work to see if she was in renal failure. I called back again because the cat had taken a turn for the worse and we were considering euthanizing her. I was told that the first at home appointment would be a week later! I received no empathy, no hints as to what to watch for. Unless you are willing to pay for expensive procedure do not phone for help.
Just love these guys! They always go out of the way to help. The customer service is second to none and the vet I saw (can't remember his name) was outstanding.
Keep up the good work
Took my elderly dog to the clinic for a laser treatment. Vet took X-rays; she had osteosarcoma. She went into respiratory distress while coming out of the anaesthesia; cancer having spread to her lungs, so I let her go. Told the woman at reception that I couldn't pay the entire bill at that time; expecting to pay for an office visit and laser treatment, promised to pay balance two days later. Vet stormed into waiting room demanding money, in front of everybody in the room. I paid two days later.
Hi, sorry for your loss. Just messaging you to inform you that you likely have reviewed an incorrect animal hospital by mistake. We have not had any patients that fit your description. I.e. A dog with bone cancer receiving laser therapy that subsequently passes away. Laser therapy is not a recommended treatment for osteosarcoma (bone cancer) and therefore we would not have performed such treatment.
