It was a busy Sat...
It was a busy Saturday with a line up of vehicles waiting for an open bay. I too waited patiently in this line for my turn. After exchanging a $10 bill for change to use the facility I proceeded to wash my vehicle. A very hostile man approached yelling at me for taking too long (5 minutes at this point) and not washing my car according to his rules that are only a figure of his imagination because they are not posted to the public anywhere on the property. This man later proclaimed to be the business owner. He threatened to shut down the bay I was using, I presume in attempt to hurry another customer through. As a paying customer who came to this car wash on a weekly basis contributing an average of $400/yr to the livelihood of his of his business, I felt incredibly disrespected. His behavior towards me, a woman; was absolutely disgraceful. Nevermind it being directed towards an individual paying to use the facilities of his establishment just like everyone else who was waiting to do the same. The bays aren't always clean, the change machine is often out of order, the wax is usually empty while the clock continues to count down on your dime. However, I have never complained and continued to come here on a regular basis. If you are like me and value keeping a clean vehicle while supporting local business - don't bring your money here. This business owner showed zero value to a loyal customer and shameful manners. I left with my vehicle half washed, insulted, saddened and embarrassed by how I was treated. I will never come here again.
