Worse experience with a dealer ever. I bought a new car and made a 1000 CA$ deposit. They gave me the VIM number a I insured the car. But when I went to pick it up they told me that the car had been sold!!! On top, they didn't have any car the same color, so they refunded me the deposit. It took 10 days for the dealer to tell me the truth, and only after several calls and emails.

The staff was very freindly and courteous. We had some miscommunication with our sales guy, but the new car manager (Fazal) was great in having everything corrected right away. We have other relatives who have bought here and love their new Mazda too.

Wait times are us...

Wait times are usually very long. A few times, I wasn't told that my car was done when I was sitting in the waiting lounge. (waited much longer than necessary) An overall frustrating customer experience almost every time I go. Would not recommend.
