Do NOT come to this clinic. My mother and I booked our appointment for 4:15pm and we have still not been served. It is currently 5:15pm. We needed a few immunization shots as we are traveling to India soon. With many things to be done, we assumed booking an appointment would expidite the process. On top of that, we are being asked to pay extra fees for a first time travel visit even though my mother has come to this clinic thrice. For me, the money is not an issue but providing an important service it is important to serve people at a decent time. An hour in and still waiting? That is not fair. My mother did not eat because she rushed after work to get here. I am disappointed. This is the first time I have come here, and I will never return nor will my mother. She said that the wait has always been long, she comes because wanted to support people from her community. I'm all for that but the service needs a level of professionalism. We will be rushed at our appointment and not given proper care.
