Positive/Negative. Our fault for letting winter growth get too long and unkept, needed bath, but owners ill. In future I think we/groomer should see dog for assessment before appointment in a case like this.They did their best, as double-coat on 75lb dog, but chest hair was cut almost to skin, also in couple of other areas; foot hair messy but not important, nails good. It was a relief to get Spring Cut. (I have photos if required) Therefore we take some responsibility.. turned out OK. Thanks
I have been bringing my dogs here for years, and absolutely love them. My dog is always clean, and has never had a choppy cut. April takes great care of your dogs when they are in their care, plus her helper is a vet tech! I do not understand the negative comment...they can only work with what they were given...if your dog is acting out of sorts or dangerous it is in their full right to do what they can with what they have.Get the dog groomed more often..maybe it wont be so difficult to handle
Worst experience ever, if I could put zero starts I would, in my opinion this salon should be closed my dog went for a bath and brush and she came back like they took a weed wackier to her fur and she is still dirty! They excuse was she is to hyper and dislikes it, which if that case is true call me and I'll bring her to a Perfessional groomer who CAN handle her not just chop random hair to make it look like you did something!! our normal groom was away on holiday I should have waited obviously ! I recommend no one goes here EVER!
Great attitude and all around great groomer. April takes great care in trying to keep all dogs safe and happy. Her grooming is top notch and I recommend her and Pet Grooming Express to all my friends on a daily basis.
I brought in my hairy and shedding Lab. April suggested a good bath and full clip. Our boy looks great! And for a great price! Thanks April! I highly recommend Pet grooming express for a great job!
Wow some people must need meds or glasses!! Iv taken my dogs there for 4 yrs not only do they do an amazing job, they deliver them back to me and my dogs are so happy. Awesome job !!!!!
I would not go back to this business. They did a terrible job and I am very unhappy with the service that my pet received. Use this business at your own risk. Be warned that this business does a terrible job in my opinion. I would never recommend this to my worst enemy!
