Dr Robert B Miller

Dr Miller is one of the best in Toronto, he was able to find and treat my medical issues that none of the doctors that I've seen for the past 25 years could not, One visit and Dr Miller found my throat problems. I took it upon myself to recomed other patients with similiar problems to this great doctor.

I have tinnitus problem for more than six months. I have visited Dr. Miller twice. Each time he spends under couple minutes with his patiends, asking only one ot two questions, not allowitng patientes to ask questions and he is very good at ignoring questiond. My situation got worst and it seems he only cares about collecting money. If you have any other option DO NOT VISIT HIM. I will write a complain letter to his organization.

Waited 3 hours for an emergency type of appointment and gave up without seeing him. How can you do this to an 84 year old lady. She was so exhausted and I was disgusted with this clinic service!!!

After a long line of treatments, Dr Miller is the first MD which helped me with my nose bleeding problems I had for many years. On that same appointment he prescribed me vitamins that helped a lot with my hearing which I did neglect for long time. Fast and effective

DR, MIller is very professional and very nice.

I went to see this doctor arrived at 9:26 am and at 10:38 still wasnt seen. When a young lady went in at 10:36 before me and her appointment was scheduled at 11 am. I was told by the 3 ladys sitting there that it would be another hour for me to be seen. Than they had the nerve to write a letter to my doctor and forward one to me saying that I left at 10:13. Why would I leave 2 min. Before my schedule 10;15. Appointment. This just shows the lies that this office would resort too. Im very upset!!

Dr. Miller is so humorous. Excellent doctor to make you light-hearted and smile.

Just wonderful. Knows his stuff and is so nice.

Dr. Miller is an excellent Specialist and once a rapport is established becomes increasingly keen on his patients well being. I've been privileged to find such a Dr. who understands my concerns and remains committed to excellence. CT - King City

Waited for almost an hour since checking in.

Front desk stay Lauren was pretty rude. She has no phone etiquette and don't like correction. The doctor was great and the other ladies were pleasant but they do have no manners. After giving them my family doctor name they all shared the name laughing. Like what the hell the expect he is from India. His name has nothing to do with how good he is at his profession. Lastly Dr Robert was very nice and he knows his job. I suggest he hire new service staff because they are pushing clients away.

I am also working in a health clinic and was only verifying for a common patient. The receptionist, whom I never even had a chance to ask for her name, answered my call and put me on hold and was very rude. I was not finished yet verifying common patients and she just ended the call. WE WILL NEVER RECOMMEND OUR PATIENTS in that clinic anymore. Pls hire a client-oriented receptionist/front person. Thank you

RUDE STAFF

this office has such rude receptionists ( Anna). She called and pronounce my uncle name wrong which is very common. I didn't know he was Dr.Miller patient so i asked can you please spell it ( i am his patient too )she started yelling that she needs to speak with the patient right now and I said calm down and she hanged up on me. Please do not waste your time going to Dr.Miller not only its going to take you 2 hrs to see him, also all the ladies at front is rude.
