I've eaten here a lot over the years and I just love the food. They give you a lot of food and it is very inexpensive. The vermicelli are wonderful especially with the jumbo shrimps. The coconut and durian shakes are amazing but I've unconsciously switched over to water over the years, I think im just self conscious about my weight. All the waitresses speak english but not too fluently but they are nice enough. Overall I love going to this place for the food they serve.
when this small restuarant first opened, i was ecstatic; FINALLY, an asian cuisine just down the street from my school that i could dine at during lunch hour. the service was never too bad, but over the years, the staff have become persistently rude. maybe they've been working there too long. whatever the reason, people who work in food service should learn some better manners and treat their customers with the respect that they demand.
the food is still ok though. although, like their service, it was a lot better when it first opened.
