A tech came and replaced the furnace motor: which had only been installed July 2016 by Mikes Heating at 1/2 the cost.Within 15 mins of Tech leaving we were again without heat: the problem was not properly diagnosed and another part was required. We decided to purchase a new furnace. After 3 days of poor service and no furnace we decided to go with another company. We were then charged service & re-stocking fee of 50% of the part we did not use or able to use because of an incomplete diagnoses.
