The service is kind of too good! When we went...

The service is kind of too good! When we went, the water server came at like every time I would drink a bit of water! and it started to get anoying. So each time she was coming, I was taking my glass of water and would fake drink! The server was watching me and started running when I putted my glass down! It was funny!! The food is very good!

It was a very fancy looking restaurant, all decorated. The staff seemed friendly, it was buffet, so we helped ourself. There was a variety of so much chinese food, including one type of indian food at the buffet as well, a whole salad bar, and a sushie bar, and a whole other huge tabel of desserts. There was lots of variety, and I hope to go there again.

atmosphere was clean. we got there at 8pm and it closes at 9pm so the food sucked compared to the Mandarin in Markham. we found a hair in our food and the manager didn't seem to care much. didn't give us anything for it so i will not go back. i will drive from whitby to go to the one in markham because the staff is friendly, quick and courteous. the oshawa is newer but cannot compare to the markham one.

We went there for lunch to celebrate my...

We went there for lunch to celebrate my grandfather's 80th birthday. We were atleast 40 people in our group. We had reservations, but obviously the waitresses weren't prepared for us. The food was good, but the service was terrible. We never got asked for a drink order, but except for a few people that did, ended up cancelling their order because it took too long. I was so looking forward to going there, but I highly doubt I'll rush over anytime soon.

This Mandarin is definately not up to par with...

This Mandarin is definately not up to par with its Markham/Toronto locations. The food is all the same all the time and selections aren't great. Desserts however, although they lack flavour, are very good for a buffet establishment.
