VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have been giving this store my business for more than 7+ years at an average of $500.00-$600.00 dollars annually for Wine Kits and accessories. Over the weekend they had sold me a $14.00 plastic Siphon. The product turned out to be faulty (BROKEN) and the owner REFUSED to REPLACE it. After explaining to me that the manufacture of the product would not reimburse him for the product and how "everybody are holding on to their nickles these days", I reminded him of the many many nickles he just lost in business. Any amount of quality Customer Service or professionalism, cannot be found here.
