If you are looking for a quality build with good workmanship, Parkview Homes is NOT for you! We had consistent issues before even moving in. Our closing date was pushed back without notice and due to them rushing to complete the job so they didn't have to pay too much out of pocket our hardwood floors have gaps, our windows didn't close properly (Had a November close) our bathroom leaked causing damage and more! Save yourself the hassle and go with another builder!

TERRIBLE SERVICE AFTER PURCHASE - BUYER BEWARE!

We had sod laid in October, now we have a river where our backyard should be. They say it is not their responsibility and that this is because of excessive foot traffic and not poor drainage (even though you can see part of the backyard washed away). Completely unacceptable service after purchase. They pass it off on the city and take NO responsibility.
