An excellent two years at one of the Huntsville locations Private, reasonable, quiet and well maintained. I would highly recommend this complex in a town with very few rental options.

Apartments are looked after. Good customer service. More screening required though, we had some nasty neighbours.

Rude people that make the half decent units unattractive. Lots of infighting between office and onsite staff.slow to remove snow on walkways and driveways are not plowed for days.

Our experience with this company was exactly the opposite. We were given a form to record any damages when we first moved in so that there would be a record of it. There were knife marks on the kitchen counter and the property manager took photos and put it in our file so we would not be blamed when we moved out. We have since purchased our own home and would recommend this company to anyone looking for a reasonably priced apartment. Staff are courteous and address maintenance issues promptly.

Amanda D: You did not rent from the company. You were the Guarantor for the Tenant who left his disgusting filth and furniture for us to clean up. The only “resort” to “solving” this“problem” was to offer you the opportunity to remedy things in advance or else pay the actual cost for us to do so. Fortunately, we do document everything; including the pristine condition of the unit before your ex took possession and your twenty-two (22) phone calls to us the day you tried to evade responsibility

Amanda, I note from your reviews that we are not the only company you have had issues with. We did not rent an apartment to you, you simply served as Guarantor. We are certainly glad that we do not have to deal with your abuse, disparaging remarks and mentality of entitlement. Treat people fairly and with respect, and they will respond in kind. Asking residents to remove their personal items before vacating is standard practice, especially when other people are waiting to take occupancy.

I rented a unit from this company and they were verbally abusive, gaslight ingredients, threatening as a first resort to problem solving. Both the property manager and the owner have no capacity to listen cutting you off as soon as you attempt to defend yourself from their abuse. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone and I warn that if.you do business with them to make sure you Document everything and take detailed notes of all conversations because they deny things they said earlier having yo
