I have been dealing with aqua pools for almost ten years. Last week I went to return two empty chlorine jugs for reimbursement and was asked if i bought the chlorine there and I told them yes i always do and I buy all my pool supplies here including a new $3500 liner. The part owner, Theo Bett treated me like a complete criminal denying the fact that i did not purchase my chlorine there and was not entitled to a deposit for refund. He insisted that I have only purchased one jug according to their records. I told them I just got the second jug last week. He shook his head and told me I hadnt and refused to refund me my money. I then stated i would take the refund for the one jug instead of two and i would never be back in his store again if this is how he treats customers. He then somehow discovered their error and with no apology finally gave me my refund. How ridiculous was this over $10? I drive all the way out there for my pool supplies but i wont be ever again. My advice is too shop in town where owners and employees treat you decently.
