Possibly the finest cab service in the Sault they got talkers for drivers an when your hammed it makes your night. definitely hit up syc when ya catch a buzz
Called this morning and the gentleman at soo yellow cab was super rude and raised his voice about not running this morning. I will never give these people business ever again.
I have always been treated with the utmost respect and courtesy by the uellow cab drivers. Their vehicles could use some work though. The other day i was in the back of a handicapped cab and the fumes were making my eyes water. Cant blame the driver. I comained to jom but he reports it to the vompany and gets ignored. Not nice for sure.
Why isn’t zero stars an option? I had the most horrendous experience with this company today, I’m left with no other explanation than “they lie”. Told I’d have a taxi in approximately a half hour, called back many times ‘’ten minutes as soon as someone clears” “you’re next” it went from a half hour wait to 90 minute wait, ultimately a no show - this company is a joke. If the Soo wasn’t so lacking I would never have considered Soo Yellow cab. This company has no humanity! Never again!
Do NOT use this service, multiple occasions I have received disgusting attitude . And have been refused transportation unless I gave cash up front before moving at all or forced to get out . I suggest this companies staff learns some basic human decency and respect . I will never ever use this company again since I have had nothing but terrible experiences and hope to god no one else has to endure the horrid treatment I have experienced .
I called for a cab 45 minutes before I needed to be at a medical appointment: at first, the dispatcher said it would be between 15 and 30 minutes before I could expect a taxi. When I explained that 30 minutes would make me late for the doctor, she said that she couldn’t promise but would do the best she could. The cab arrived about 5 minutes later! The driver was great, too, and helped me load and unload my walker, with a smile.
Was lied to... called and was guaranteed a cab ride within 15 minutes, after half an hour without cab I recalled and was talked down to saying that they didn’t write it down... very disappointing
Phoned from Toronto Pearson to arrange pick up at Sault airport. two hours advance notice. Also gave flight number and dispatcher indicated they would monitor flight. Arrived on schedule. Phone in and a (different) Dispatcher said he could explain an but it looked as if booking was lost. Could only apologise.
Luckily another company at the airport overheard and brought us into town (in a much, much better vehicle). Never again Soo Yellow Cab!
Despite booking two days in advance and assurance from Yelliw cab that someone woukd be there to puck me up, upon my on time arrival there was NO cab and when i called i was told i had to wait 20-25 minutes. Needless to say i was unable to arrive at my professional development session on time. ???
not overly happy with your terms coming from the airport. I guess if you want to call a normal cab a limo and charge 3 people 40$ each who lived 5 minutes from each other instead of the cost of the actual trip solo (40$).
I was very displeased and am not totally sure if this is legal to do even.
your night time dispatchers are ignorant and rude and dont know how to tell time i called a cab at 545 and waited till 7 pm and finally cancalled the cab. your cab drivers are smoking in vehicles and that is just wrong and to make you well aware cab 49 on march 2 1015 lit a smoke up and smoked it going pass my house.. seen by many others as well. you will never get our business again this was the final straw with your company.
