I saw their add on Kijiji and went there at 11 am (the time they said they open), the lady opened at 11:30 am. I asked about the promotion on her post thats $499 for stove and $499 for a fridge. Lady said We dont offer that, its just an ad to bring customers to the store Drove an hour there and an hour back, and waited 30 minutes for them to open to hear that.

Before you buy please clarify the return policy. They missed the delivery date. After 2 days of calling I got a hold of someone named "sammy" who screamed at me . Tried endlessly to contacted the sales rep to ask for refund because they never delivered the appliance. They would only give me store credit. Now taking them to deputes with Visa. Nerea was the sales rep who was of no help. I want to make it very clear neither their website or the conversation I had with the sales rep over the phone

Disappointment

I got cockroaches with the refurbished fridge purchased from them! We live in a high end condo and none of our neighbours experienced any pests, they appeared right after the fridge was delivered. We just realized it later that it's an old used fridge, shelves were missing from it and it was filthy when I removed the grid underneath. I paid more than $600.-for this used, refurbished fridge with the "bonus" cockroaches. :(

Purchased a fridge from this mickey mouse operation and within the 1 year warranty they offer it broke down and they refuse to honour the warranty, sales manager there is rude and the owner doesnt return phone calls. A complaint has been filed with the BBB and legal actions will be innetiated. So whatever you do, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!! They have no problem taking your money but want nothing to do with you when you have a problem.

EXCELLENT PRICE AND GREAT PRODUCTS

We came to Barcelona Appliances because of their catchy lower prices. By far they tried to satisfied all my needs regarding my kitchen and laundry appliances. The sales personnel assessed me on all the LG models that would suit the needs of my home. In the end we grab a kitchen and laundry package at about 30% off the price from any other store. We still got the free delivery & the 1 year warranty. I will recommend this store to anyone, friends and family alike!

Very poor service

Our stove was dropped on our concrete stairs and the whole side of it was scratched up. The company made no compensation whatsoever.
