    Very rude receptionist. Hostile to enquiry about website, hours of operation. Scary experience dealing with Fidelity Property Management Ltd.

    DO NOT RENT WITH THIS COMPANY! CHOOSE any other property that is not linked with this company!!!! They have NO customer service, their receptionist is extremely rude and refuses to do her job and pass you to who you requested and then hang up on you. They lost $40,000 worth of my rent checks that they made me pay them upon signing the rental contract and have not helped in any way to resolve the matter
