Seriously under helped, not only did I get pushed aside but a lot of other coustomers as well... honest opinion, I’m looking else where

I went in for a break job paid ($600) and a caliper (under warranty) that needed to be changed tomorrow. i found out after looking, the breaks werent done, after i already paid. wanted my money back. they told me the (whole job was going to be done tomorrow). (i paid in advance apparently).. HIGHLY recommend another dealership. this is scary!

Never go here for service. I was told by John that my car may be covered under warranty but they had to look at it first. They charged me an hour of labour to check my VIN number only to be told it wasn't covered. I told them numerous times what model and year it was. Absolutely horrendous!

I Had such a terrible experience here ! they were always saying "ok , yes , no problem ...." before u become to be client , then after, u means nothing to them . Im a loyal customer of BMW&MINI , I been visit a lot of different branchs , THIS IS THE WORST ONE I've never experienced before.
