I made an appointment for my daughter at 5:10 PM on June 13. When we showed up we were told the appointment is at 5:10 PM on June 20. When we arrived at 5:00 PM on June 20 the secretary told us we were late for half hour with an angry ugly face. The appointment in their system is at 4:30 PM. The worst part is the appointment is for filling teeth #36 and #46, but the dentist filled teeth #11 and #21 instead without our authority. In conclusion the secretary is rude, their schedule management
