They used low quality after market parts on my car. They completely rusted out, when I contacted them they told me parts are only guaranteed two years.

Un petit mot pour dire que je suis aller chercher ma voiture , elle est impécable, je suis très contente de la réparation, la couleur de la peinture elle est identique et en prime un lavage de la voiture. Le personnel très gentil et courtois. WOWWW

They did not want to lend me a vehicle. I had to have 4 back and forth calls for them only to find out that it was due to a simple formality that they knew about since the beginning. They guy was not proactive at all and did not try to help me out. Then, when the car was ready, they only give you 24 hours to come get it and charge you $75 per day for the courtesy vehicle. Even if I tried explaining that I cannot come within the delays in 24hrs, they were rude and did want to hear anything abou.
