I have been using their services for all of our landscaping material needs, they are helpful, careful and considerate! Provide advice on where and how to dump so that no damage is done to the driveway or property. Great topsoil! have also ordered several truckloads of Rock, always great service even on Sunday!

not impressed

needed some dirt to fill in a crater that was left behind after we had our solid concrete steps removed from the front of our house. So ordered a yard of dirt from bruce's and paid $48 for the delivery. I was told they would not be able to dump the dirt into the hole for me because they didn't want to drive on the lawn due to rain over a few days. I told them I don't care if the truck creates ruts as there was already ruts in the lawn due to the truck that was used to take the steps out so as I was going to be reseeding and fixing that any way it didn't bother me if they drove on the lawn but they still refused. These people do not understand customer service as I had called twice in 2 days and spoke to 2 different people 1 to just ask about the cost and the other to order and each time I got the feeling like my phone call was an annoyance and they wanted me off the phone. They clearly have never heard of making a customer happy by doing what they want and $48 to deliver some dirt is ridiculous if their just going to dump it on the street and make us manually move it 20ft because they don't want to drive on the grass. P.S. this review is not against the driver as he was only following instructions and did really want to help but doesn't want to lose his job over it. It is against the people in the office.
