Absolutely awful. Receptionist was cold, Patricia was incredibly rude, condescending and completely unprofessional. Disgusting service, my mom had to walk out of the office and came home in tears, she suffers immensely! And you have zero empathy. Do better!

I would agree with most of the comments. If you really want to be helped for your injury this is not the place to attend. The older blonde female who is mostly complained about is the owner who treats this as a money business only. The care for you is second at most. They are contracted by wcb and other insurance companies and follow their guidance of having you put back in workplace in 8 weeks. It doesn’t matter if you progress in recovery or not. Find another place for your own health

A friend of mine was going there for therapy and for no apperent reason another person who was there for therapy became belligerent and started going after my friend.Needless to say my friend called me to go get his things and he will never go back there ever again because they have no anti-harassment anything in this place. That is not right!Therapy places are supposed to work with their clients to help them and not to have them fear for their own safety.Very unprofessional!

Behaviour does not go in noticed

I was there only once and decided NOT to return or for that matter to stay for my appointment. Reason being an older blonde employee stood and was raising her voice and being rather rude to another employee. The negative feeling I got just from the short period of being there made me feel it was not for me. Maybe management should discuss belittling staff will not be tolerated!

Not covered by health district, so you pay!

Receptionist told me they are not covered by Sask Health, so you pay the price. I imagine Blue Cross would cover it, but I didn't ask...
