Terrible experience. Photographer insisted I smile with teeth, took terrible pictures and made offensive comments about how I liked to squint and do funny things with my face! Impatient and rushed, contorted my arm into positions I couldn’t actually hold comfortably and was critical when my arm apparently fell out of position. Front desk staff was very unfriendly and unpleasant.

Expensive and aft...

Expensive and after we had paid for a package it never got completed and when we phoned to inquire about it they said they had no record. Not reimbursed. Very unsatisfied with Acadamy.
