Amazing customer service. Had water leaking from my furnace. Turned out to be a simple fix. No charge. Thats what i call good old customer service. Highly recommend.

Our hot water tank gave out and flooded our basement over the weekend. The first appointment wasn’t until Tuesday but mainline assured me that they would get the work done on Monday and make sure we had hot water.
Not only did the techs stay super late on a Monday night to make it happen, Mainlines price was $200 cheaper than their competition.
I will not hesitate to recommend Mainline. Prompt service and fair price!

Top-notch customer service! The folks in the office were really friendly, and I can’t say enough good things about my technician. He showed up right on time, was super professional, and clearly knew his stuff. I got a few quotes beforehand, and I’m so glad I went with Burgess in the end.

Jeff the owner of Comfort Tech did us a solid. After the initial repair he personally involved himself in a subsequent failure in our heat pump. It was removed from premises and promptly returned repaired and functional in two days. The second failure was independent of the first, however the fees amounting to several hours worth were entirely waived. Much to our relief and appreciation, Comfort Tech demonstrated the class act they are.

Jasmine was the one who finally found the problem and I couldn’t be more pleased. We couldn’t figure out where the smell was coming from, and had others out that had thought they had found the reason, but it still wasn’t quite right. Jasmine and her trainee were here about five minutes and found the culprit right away. It was a crack in one of the fittings. They replaced it and now there is no smell, and I am finally safe. What a real treasure you have there.
