I have had shoulder and neck issues for a long time and because I travel a lot I have tried many clinics in many cities. That makes me a good judge when it comes to these services (maybe i should quit my job and become a pro critique. lol) anyways, I've had chiro (dr. rabi) & massage (hilary) sessions at altima and happy with both. i usually ask many questions but they always take their time answering me. also kudos for booking my appointments back to back (huge time saver)

The Mayfair is a wonderful fitness, tennis, squash, and swimming club. The staff is impressive, from the front desk, to maintenance, to fitness coaches, and instructors -- professional and helpful. Since going there, Ive lost 16 pounds while quitting smoking. Both my body and my attitude have undergone profound, positive changes. I also recommend the spa and yoga studio downstairs.

No one wants to be in an accident now matter how much damage there is the emotional affect is still there. Right from the lady in the parking lot and on through not only did they guide me in what needed to be done they showed compassion and understanding and for that I thank the staff. A special thanks to the lovely lady police officer I dealt with who after doing what needed to be done took a few moments to just talk. Grace gives amazing massages. I've been to Grace twice now and she is simply just amazing at what she does. She is extremely friendly and genuinely cares for her client's needs. I definitely recommend her if anyone wanting to get a massage done at this place. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because this place NEVER picks up the phone when you call, you could be calling 10 times different timings and still no pickup, that's the only thing I hate about this place.
