It was nice to see Dale again. He previously installed outdoor lighting around our home and did a very professional job installing exactly what we needed. This time I wanted to make certain our outdoor lighting was all 'good to go' for the winter as well as a a new motion light at the rear of our home. We saw this company at the Cowichan Home Show and they came by to give us a quote. The salesman spent a good 2-3 hours awnsweing all of our questions about switching from baseboard to ductless. We had a few other quotes but this company was by far the most knowledgable and preofessional. We ended up going with 2 units in our home and they are working fantastic. The installers were great to deal with. We are excited for air conditioning and to hopefully save some money on our hydro bill next year

I had called another plumbing service about replacing my leaking 5 year old hot water tank. waited at home for day and half and made repeated calls about when they would be coming. just got the run around that the tech would be calling back and never did and no time window. 1PM the next day i had waited long enough. canceled and called Bridgeman.. received help immediately and they were there within an hour and completed the job in hour and half. Great job, service and customer experience.

I called Triple C to come do a checkup on my heat pump when i bought my house. They were prompt, polite and got the job done quickly. They even let me know that to keep my warranty that I had to have the Heat Pump looked at once a year, which I didn't know, so they will call me back now every year to remind me to have it serviced and change the filter. They even came out to Mill Bay for me at no extra charge. Thanks guys!
